No-Fix, No-Fee - If a problem has you beaten ...

Your time is too valuable handling your primary business matters to get bogged down with annoying IT issues. If you've taken a quick look yourself, passed it on to one of the office staff to investigate or called in your partner's sister's student nephew ... perhaps it is time to accept professional assistance.

If you do not have a pre-paid Softech 2000 consultancy/support agreement then normally we would make a standard call-out charge and subsequently bill at our hourly rate. However, from Q2 '06 we are trialing a "No-Fix, No-Fee" service* which waives the call out charge so you only pay for time spent on your site fixing the problem. If we believe it is beneficial to return to our base for further research, perhaps to try and simulate the problem in a controlled environment, we will only charge 1 additional hour regardless of the actual time spent investigating your problem off-site.
